British comedy sensation, James Mullinger headlines in Mactaquac (Yes! Mactaquac!) at MOCO Kitchen, October 22, 2016! Featuring Moncton’s Marty-d and Saint John’s Dan McCarthy.

James Mullinger was one of the hardest working stand ups in the UK as well as the Comedy Editor for GQ Magazine. Since moving to Canada in February 2014 he has been nominated for a Canadian Comedy Award for Best Live Solo Show and a Just For Laughs Award for Best Comedy Show.

He has sold out the Imperial Theatre twice, appeared on CBC many times, produced three seasons of his own television series which follows him travelling around Canada performing comedy shows, headlined Yuk Yuk’s comedy clubs all over the country and was just announced as the host for the 2017 East Coast Music Awards!

A big budget movie has been made about his life entitled “The Comedian’s Guide to Survival” starring actors from Twilight, Downton Abbey and Notting Hill and comedians such as Jimmy Carr, Gilbert Gottfried, Mike Ward and Pete Zedlacher. That movie debuted at the Just for Laughs festival in Montreal this summer and will be playing at select theatres throughout the UK later this year.

On April 28, 2016, James sold out Harbour Station in Saint John, outselling Jerry Seinfeld, Iron Maiden, Def Leppard and Jeff Dunham! That show was filmed for television.
